We prefer email correspondence initially, but we can usually arrange to
telephone you at a convenient time to discuss the matter further, please
indicate your preferred date / time in the email (can sometimes include evenings

We will be pleased to answer questions about the products and their properties , and we guarantee your Statutory Rights as to the quality of the products . However many will be used for specific purposes and in areas which we will not be familiar with or have knowledge of .You should therefore ensure that the product is suitable for the purpose to which you intend to put it to, before actually using it .We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses , or injuries incurred in its end use .
Descriptions ...
Our aim is to provide accurate and detailed descriptions coupled with photographic
images. All images are a general representation of the item and any sizes
and weights given are an approximation . Where there are varying sizes or colours , the photograph will be a typical product in the range . Slight variations may occur in the
actual goods.
Stock Availability ...
Stock levels shown are for guidance and indication only .
Materials and fastenings in stock should be despatched within 1 to 2 days by Royal Mail . However , We will manufacture some items items on receipt of order , to be despatched within 2 to 5 days by Royal Mail .
The levels on these items , therefore , indicate that capacity available should allow this . However we would suggest that you email us to check delivery status before ordering .In any case ,confirmation of delivery date details will be sent on receipt of order .
Please note we will wait for receipts of order in the post if paying by cheque , and may require clearance before despatching products.UK Postage
Generally this will be either Royal Mail 1st class post or parcel post depending on weight of items . Average delivery time will be between 3 and 5 days ,but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail

Returns Policy
Our returns / cancellation policies are in addition to any statutory rights that you have, and as such do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
Cancellations – if your order has not been despatched you can cancel the order with immediate effect and full refund at no penalty or cost to yourself.
Faulty goods – Due to our pre-despatch inspection policy it is highly unlikely that you will receive faulty goods. Inspect packaging and note any damage when signing for deliveries .If you do received damaged goods please contact us via email for further instruction.We will send a covering email to be included in the returned goods. Essentially we will offer a full product replacement, posted at our cost, and will refund the return postage on the faulty item. Alternatively a refund can be given. Products should be returned to us in the original packaging and be in their original form. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.
Unwanted goods – If you decide you do not want the goods once they have been delivered you have up to 21 days to return them for a full refund. If you wish to return the goods please contact us via email for further instruction.We will send a covering email to be included in the returned goods The goods must be returned to us adequately packed (usually in the original packaging) and be in their original form (i.e. resalable condition). The customer will be liable for the return postage costs, and for your protection it is recommended that a ‘signed for’ service be used (at the very least get a receipt and proof of postage from the Post Office). The 21-day period will commence from the date of the invoice. Once the goods have been received back the refund will be made via your original payment method.
